How to use our TRYP PARTNER App ?

Step 1 (Download the App) : Go into the Google Play Store if you have an Android device or Apple Store if you have an Apple device and download the App " TRYP PARTNER "
Step 2 (Register) : Open the App and Register using your phone number and uploading all required documents. Please note that a Police Certificate of Good Character is needed and must not be older than 6 months. It is very easy and takes just a few minutes.
Step 3 (Getting Approved) : After signing up, all your information and documents would now be reviewed by our team and you would be notified if you are Accepted or Declined for any reason.
Step 4 (Going Online) : Now that you are accepted and part of your Team, you have to sign in to our app and change your driver status to online. By selecting "Online" you would now be able to receive request(s) from Passengers. If your status is set to Offline you would not receive any request!
Step 5 (Accepting TRYPS) : Once you are Online, TRYPS will be sent to your phone automatically. When they appear, you would see the passenger's name and their pickup and drop off locations. You would then have 1 min to decide if you would like to Accept or Decline the TRYP.
Step 6 (Collecting your Passenger) : After accepting a TRYP you can now use Google Maps or Waze to reach the passenger's location. When you have arrived to pick up the passenger, you tap the "Arrived" button and a notification would be sent to the passenger's phone that you have arrived at their location. You also have the option to call the passenger if needed for any clarification.
Step 7 (TRYP in progress) : While the TRYP is in progress, please remember safety and customer satisfaction is key. Please use your seatbelt, and drive within all legal requirements of Trinidad and Tobago. You can use Google Maps or Waze to reach the passenger's destination safely.
Step 8 (Arrival) : When you have arrived at the destination you would then collect the cash payment for the TRYP which would be displayed on the app. If the payment is made via credit card then TRYP would apply it to your bank account on the scheduled date. Express Farewell Wishes to your passenger and prepare for your next TRYP!
